You don't need to know the name of a treatment to book in. If you've noticed a change in your skin or would like advice about your options, we can start with a conversation. I'll listen to what matters to you, assess what is suitable and explain the likely cost and recovery before you decide.
This is a face-to-face appointment where we discuss what you have noticed, what you would like to improve and what you would realistically like to achieve. We can talk about skin quality, skincare, lines and wrinkles, dermal filler, hair or scalp concerns and any previous aesthetic treatments.
I will take a detailed medical history, ask about medication and previous treatments, assess the area or areas that concern you and explain the options that may be appropriate. You will have time to ask questions about results, limitations, cost, comfort, possible downtime and aftercare.
No. You can book a consultation because something is bothering you without knowing the treatment name. I'm here to help you work out what might be useful, so you don't need to choose a treatment from a menu first.
Depending on your appointment, you may leave with a clear treatment plan, a personalised skincare or skin-analysis plan, advice about a suitable treatment, a recommendation to seek further medical assessment or reassurance that no treatment is needed.
No. A consultation is there to give you information and advice. You can take time to think about it, ask further questions and decide whether you want to go ahead.
I will take the time you need, explain things in plain English and check that you are happy with the plan. If treatment is not right for you, I will say so honestly.

Can treatment happen during my consultation?
That depends on the treatment. Some treatments require a separate appointment, some require further assessment and prescription, and you never have to decide on the day.
Should I bring anything with me?
Please bring an up-to-date list of medication and tell me about any relevant medical conditions, allergies, previous treatments or concerns. If you use specific skincare products, it can also help to bring the names or photographs of them.
What if I change my mind?
That is completely fine. You should only go ahead when you feel comfortable, understand the plan and have had the opportunity to ask your questions.
Is the consultation fee redeemable?
Yes. The £20 consultation fee is redeemable against treatment.
Every treatment starts with an honest, unhurried assessment. If you're not sure this is the right one for you, a new client consultation is a good place to begin instead.
