If you want a clearer understanding of your skin before choosing products or treatment, a skin analysis gives us a more detailed starting point. We use our skin analyser machine to capture images under different light settings and build a personalised at-home and in-clinic plan around what we find.
Skin analysis is a detailed review of your skin using specialist camera technology alongside a conversation about your concerns, lifestyle, current skincare and treatment goals. It helps us look beyond what is immediately visible in the mirror.
The machine uses cameras and different light settings to capture information about the skin. These images can highlight patterns such as dehydration, pigmentation, redness, uneven texture, visible pores and sun-related changes that may be difficult to assess from an ordinary photograph.
I will talk through the images with you and explain what they may mean for your skincare and treatment choices. You will receive a personalised at-home and in-clinic treatment plan based on your skin and your priorities, rather than a generic list of products.
No. The skin analyser is a planning tool and does not replace a medical assessment or diagnosis. If I see something that needs medical advice, I will explain that and recommend the appropriate next step.
This is a comfortable, non-invasive appointment involving photographs and discussion. There are no needles and no recovery time from the analysis itself.

Is the skin analysis painful?
No. The machine takes photographs of your skin, so the analysis itself is comfortable and does not involve injections or needling.
Do I need a skin analysis before booking treatment?
Not always. It can be useful if you are unsure where to start, have several skin concerns or want a more structured home and in-clinic plan.
Will I be sold lots of skincare?
No. I will recommend the products and steps that are relevant to your skin and goals. The plan should be realistic enough for you to follow.
Do I need to bring my current skincare?
A list or a few photographs of the products you use would be helpful, including any prescribed creams. That lets us make a plan around what you're already using.
Can a skin analysis replace a consultation?
It can help us understand your skin, but it does not replace a medical consultation where one is needed. The right appointment depends on the concern you want to discuss.
Every treatment starts with an honest, unhurried assessment. If you're not sure this is the right one for you, a new client consultation is a good place to begin instead.
